Would you like to learn how to make your own plant-based cheeses from wild ingredients found in nature?
Then join our plant-based, cheese-making workshop with ingredients harvested in the wild. It´s all plant-based, and mostly wild ingredients-based.
The wild plant-based cheese events take place every first Tuesday of the Month.
About the wild plant-based cheese event this November:
We are now fully into autumn, and have harvested plenty of wild nuts for this month´s wild plant-based cheese event: acorns, walnuts, hazelnuts, beech nuts and even some wild chestnuts. The ingredients for flavoring will be……………………………………… a surprise, but will be a mix of wild, dehydrated, and freshly gathered, ingredients.
//When and where?
Next time 2/11, 4pm – 7pm. Also every first Tuesday of the month.
//What to bring?
You need to bring a clean kitchen towel and a 1L box to carry your cheese in.
//Who can participate?
Everyone is very welcome, grown-ups and children. All explanations will be done in English, and Danish when required.
